In the heart of the sunny Savanna, Leo the Lion awoke with a roar. 'Today is special!' he said.
Leo remembered it was the day of the Big Picnic. 'I must invite my friends,' he thought.
He trotted over to Ella Elephant's watering hole. 'Ella, come to the picnic!' Leo called.
Ella sprayed water with her trunk joyfully. 'I will bring fruit!' she trumpeted.
Next, Leo found Zara Zebra munching grass. 'Zara, join us for a feast!' he exclaimed.
Zara nodded with stripes shining in the sun. 'Yummy! I'll bring some berries,' she said.
In the shade, sleepy Harry Hyena heard the news. 'Can I come too, Leo?' he asked.
Leo smiled warmly. 'Of course, Harry! Everyone is welcome,' he affirmed.
The animals gathered, each bringing tasty treats. They shared and laughed together.
But Sammy Snake felt left out. 'Nobody wants me there,' he hissed quietly to himself.
Leo saw Sammy and called him over. 'Join us, Sammy! What will you bring?'
Sammy smiled for the first time that day. 'I'll bring some crunchy insects!' he said.
The Big Picnic was filled with joy as every animal felt loved and part of their community.
