Emma woke up to the aroma of pancakes. Today was her first day at Pine Tree Elementary!

The school bus rumbled up. Emma climbed aboard, waving goodbye to her mom.

Emma's new classroom was bright and colorful with a huge bookshelf full of stories.

Ms. Willow, her teacher, had a warm smile. She welcomed everyone with a cheery 'Good morning!'

During recess, Emma and Alex played on the swings, chatting about their summer vacations.

Lunchtime was fun. Emma shared her star sandwich with Alex, and he shared his cookies.

In art class, Emma painted a picture of the sea. Alex painted a spaceship zooming past stars.

The day ended with a new book to read. Emma couldn't wait to tell her mom about everything!
