Once there was a boy named Ben, who loved to play in the garden when, two girls fluttered by with wings so bright, it was love at first sight.
One was named Lily, the other Rose, with giggles and twirls, they struck a pose. Ben's heart beat fast, oh what a flutter, but soon he faced a big dilemma stunner.
He couldn't choose between the two, his feelings tangled in a goo. Should he tell the truth, or keep it in? Honesty's hard but surely not a sin.
He talked to his mom, who hugged him tight, 'Be honest, my dear, and things will be right. Tell the truth and be sincere, that's the way to show you care.'
Ben took a breath and spoke his mind, 'I like you both, it's hard to find, who I like more, but I want you to know, honesty's important and I had to show.'
The girls smiled and gave Ben a hug, 'We like you too, don't be a bug. We can all play and have such fun, honesty and friendship, we've already won.'
So, the three played games and sang a song, honesty and love all along. Ben learned it's okay to share your heart, and friendship blooms when you do your part.
