Once upon a time, a kind woman fell ill. Knowing she didn't have much time left, she called her daughter, Cinderella, and said, "Always be kind and good, and I'll watch over you from the stars." After her mother passed away, Cinderella would visit her grave daily, remembering her mother's words.

Time passed, and Cinderella's father remarried. The new stepmother had two daughters. They were pretty, but not very nice. They took away Cinderella's lovely dresses and made her wear old clothes. They laughed at her and made her do all the house chores.

One day, the king announced a grand ball. Cinderella's stepsisters were excited and asked her to help them get ready. Cinderella wished she could go too. Seeing her sadness, her stepmother gave her an impossible task, thinking she would never finish in time.

But with the help of some friendly birds, Cinderella completed the task. Still, her stepmother found another reason to prevent her from going. Feeling sad, Cinderella visited her mother's grave and made a wish. A magical bird granted her wish, giving her a beautiful dress and golden shoes.

At the ball, everyone was amazed by the mysterious princess. The prince danced only with her. But Cinderella had to leave before her identity was revealed. In her hurry, she left behind a golden shoe.

The prince searched the kingdom for the owner of the shoe. When he reached Cinderella's house, her stepsisters tried to fit into the shoe but failed. Cinderella tried it on, and it fit perfectly. The prince recognized her and they were reunited.

On their wedding day, Cinderella forgave her stepsisters and they all lived happily ever after.
