Once upon a time, there was a kind and beautiful girl named Cinderella. She lived with her mean stepmother and two step-sisters. They made her do all the chores!

One day, the king sent out an invitation for a fancy ball at the palace. Everyone in the kingdom was invited! Cinderella wanted to go, but her stepmother and stepsisters were mean and didn't want her to have fun.

Cinderella was sad, but then her kind fairy godmother appeared! She waved her magic wand and turned a pumpkin into a sparkling carriage. She turned mice into beautiful horses and gave Cinderella a gorgeous dress and glass slippers.

Cinderella went to the ball and danced with the prince all night. But she had to leave before midnight, or her magic would disappear! As she ran away, she accidentally left behind one of her glass slippers.

The prince searched the kingdom for the owner of the glass slipper. He tried the slipper on Cinderella's stepsisters, but it didn't fit. Finally, he found Cinderella, and the slipper fit perfectly! They lived happily ever after in the palace.
