One day, an invitation arrived at Cinderella's house. It was an invitation to the royal ball hosted by the prince. Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters were excited to attend, but they didn't want Cinderella to go. They thought she was not good enough to be at the ball.

The prince was determined to find the girl who fit the glass slipper. He went from house to house, trying the slipper on every girl in the kingdom. Finally, he arrived at Cinderella's house. Her stepsisters tried to squeeze their feet into the slipper, but it didn't fit. Then, Cinderella tried it on, and it was a perfect fit! The prince recognized her as the girl he had danced with at the ball.
