Once there was a girl named Molly, full of giggles and glee. She had a little brother named Max, who was as mischievous as can be!
Molly was older, she was wise and neat. Max was younger, and oh, so much a little treat!
Max would leave his socks on the floor, shoes on the stairs. But Molly, with her broom, would always come to the rescue, whisking away their cares.
One sunny Saturday morning, mom said with a grin, 'The house needs some cleaning, let the chores begin!'
Max groaned, 'Oh no, do we really have to?' Molly nodded, 'Yes, Max. Let me show you what to do.'
Splash! Molly scrubbed the kitchen sink with a flourish and glee. 'It's fun Max, can't you see?'
'Look,' she said, 'Just like this!' She wiped and she swished. She cleaned every dish!
Max held a broom, he slid and swooshed. He tried to clean but got all smushed!
Molly chuckled and offered her hand. 'Together we'll clean, won't it be grand?'
With Molly’s guidance, Max learned step by step. The house sparkled, every corner was kept!
In the end, they danced around with a cheer. Their chores were all done, their mom gave a tear.
Mom said, 'You did great, what a beautiful sight!' And the siblings knew, teamwork made things light.
