Coral had eyes as blue as the sea. With her turquoise hair shining, she watched the moon above.
The moon's light made patterns on the water. Coral wished to dance like the silvery waves.
Each night, she wondered about the land. 'What is it like to dance on the sand?'
Coral decided she would find a way. 'I'll ask the wise turtle what he has to say!'
Through the reefs, Coral swam with glee. Looking for Sebastian under the sea.
She spotted his shell, patterns galore. 'Sebastian, I have a dream I can't ignore!'
'What is your dream?' Sebastian did ask. Coral shared her wish, a heartwarming task.
'I want to dance in the moon's soft light. Oh, can you help me, make my dream take flight?'
Sebastian smiled, his eyes a soft glow. 'There might be a way for you to go.'
'But remember, your tail is a part of you. You swim and you glide in the deep blue.'
Coral nodded, 'But I still wish to twirl. Just for one night, in the human's world.'
Sebastian whispered a secret of the sea. 'The magic of moonlight will set your feet free.'
That night Coral swam to the shore, excited and nervous like never before.
The moonlight touched her, and in a flash. Where her tail once was, she now had legs to dash!
Coral danced and laughed in delight. Under the moon, everything felt right.
When dawn approached, to the sea she returned. Of the vast world above, she had learned.
With memories cherished of moonlit sand, Coral was happy back in her ocean land.
