Cosmo the space dog wasn't very big. In fact, he was quite small, even for a space dog! But what Cosmo lacked in size, he made up for in strength.
He lived on the moon, in a tiny lunar base with his best friend, Luna the astronaut. Luna loved to lift weights. "It keeps me strong in space!" she'd say, hefting a giant dumbbell.
Cosmo wanted to be strong like Luna, so he started small. He lifted moon rocks, one paw at a time. He even tried to lift a lunar rover, but it just made a funny "clunk" sound.
One day, a big, burly alien named Grokk landed on the moon. "I'm the strongest in the galaxy!" Grokk boomed, his voice echoing across the craters.
Grokk challenged Luna to a weightlifting contest. Luna was strong, but Grokk was huge! He lifted a space shuttle like it was a feather.
It was Cosmo's turn. He took a deep breath, remembering all his training with the moon rocks and the stubborn lunar rover.
With a mighty WOOF! Cosmo lifted the weight... and then a little more... and then a little more! The ground shook and the stars seemed to jiggle.
Grokk's jaw dropped. He had never seen such strength, especially from someone so small!
Cosmo had won! From that day on, Cosmo the space dog was known throughout the galaxy as the strongest (and smallest) space dog ever!
He learned that even the smallest can be the strongest, proving that it's not about your size, but the size of your spirit!
And Luna? She was proud of her strong, little friend. After all, friendship is the heaviest thing to lift...and they lifted each other up every day.
