Once upon a time in a bright green meadow, there was a cheerful duckling named Daisy. She was yellow like the warm sun with big sparkly blue eyes. One sunny morning, Daisy waddled out to play but dark clouds began to cover the sky.
The other animals rushed home, afraid of the rain. 'What if we get wet? What if it's cold?' they said. But Daisy remembered what her mama told her about learning to dance in the rain instead of hiding from it.
As the first raindrops fell, Daisy spread her wings and jumped into a puddle. 'Splash! Splash!' She laughed and called to her friends, 'Come out and play! The rain can be fun if we make it a game!'
One by one, her friends came out, curious and a little scared. Daisy showed them how to catch raindrops on their tongues and slide in the mud. 'See? It's like the sky is giving us toys to play with!'
Together, they danced and shook off the worry. They twirled and giggled, watching the rainbow that appeared. 'Wow!' they chirped. 'We would've missed this if we stayed inside!'
From that day on, they never feared storms. They knew that with a little courage, they could find joy in any weather. They became the best rain dancers in the meadow, and Daisy was the happiest of them all.
Daisy snuggled in her cozy bed that night, smiling at the stars. 'Mama was right,' she thought. 'It's not about waiting for storms to pass, but about finding fun and joy, even in a little rain.' And she dreamed of puddles and rainbows.
