Once upon a time, in a sunlit town, there was a girl named Emma. Emma was small and some thought she was weak, but she had a big dream.
Emma wanted to be a weightlifter! She knew she could do it if she tried. 'I’ll start small,' she thought, glancing at her brother, Theo.
Theo was giggling and munching on his favorite chocolate chip cookies. 'Can I lift you, Theo?' Emma asked with a smile.
Every day, Emma lifted Theo. He was light at first, but as he grew, he got heavier, and Emma got tougher.
Her arms felt stronger each week. 'See, I'm getting tough!' said Emma, proud of her new muscles.
One sunny day, Theo sat with a box of five whole pizzas. 'That's a lot, Theo!' Emma laughed.
After gobbling them up, Theo was heavier than ever. Emma gripped him tightly and heaved. Up he went!
‘I did it!’ Emma cheered. With newfound courage, she decided it was gym time. 'Let's get serious,' she told herself.
The gym had big weights and bigger challenges, but Emma was ready. With Coach Danny's help, she trained even harder.
Months flew by, weights went up, and Emma grew stronger. The nationals were calling, and Emma was answering.
The crowd roared as Emma lifted at the nationals. When the weights went up, so did Emma's spirits. She had made it!
Standing tall, Emma thanked everyone. 'And to my brother, who inspired me to lift—thank you!' she said, eyes gleaming with gratitude.
