Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Fletcher. Fletcher loved playing with his toys and going on adventures. However, there was one thing that Fletcher didn't like - going potty in his diaper. His parents told him that big boys and girls use the potty, but Fletcher was scared of it. He thought it looked too big and too loud. But one day, Fletcher decided it was time to be a big boy and start using the potty!
Fletcher's mommy and daddy bought him a special potty chair just for him. It had bright colors and made funny sounds. Fletcher thought it was really cool! But when he tried to go potty on the chair, he got scared again. It felt strange and different. Fletcher didn't know what to do.
Fletcher's mommy and daddy understood that he was feeling scared and unsure. They sat beside him and said, 'Fletcher, we know it can be scary at first. But we believe in you. You can do it!' They hugged Fletcher and made him feel loved and safe.
Fletcher's mommy and daddy also had an idea. They bought a special book about using the potty. Fletcher loved books, so he was excited. Every day, they read the book together. Fletcher learned that everyone poops - even animals! It made him feel better to know that going potty is something everyone needs to do.
One day, Fletcher had a big peepee in his diaper. Instead of getting upset, he told his mommy and daddy that he needed to use the potty. They were so proud of him! They helped Fletcher sit on the potty chair. Fletcher felt a little nervous, but he remembered what his parents had said - 'You can do it, Fletcher!' So he took a deep breath and tried.
And guess what? Fletcher did it! He pooped on the potty for the very first time! He was so happy and proud of himself. His mommy and daddy cheered and clapped their hands. Fletcher's fear of the potty had turned into excitement and accomplishment. From that day on, Fletcher always used the potty when he needed to go.
