Once upon a time, in a pond full of rhyme, lived a tiny tadpole named Freddy. Freddy was so small, it was hard to spot him, even if you were ready!
Freddy would wiggle, Freddy would giggle, all day long in the rippling pond. His friends would splash, and they'd laugh, 'til the twilight yawned.
One fine day, the sun so bright, something strange happened overnight. Freddy’s tail began to shrink and shrink, and he started growing legs—what a sight!
'Oh my, what’s happening to me?' Freddy cried, 'I’m falling to pieces!’ With a twinkle in his eye, his friend Sam said, 'Don’t worry, Freddy, you’re growing like cheeses!'
Freddy hopped on; he was no longer a tot, now a little frog, but was he ready? With each leap and bound, he explored all around, croaking loudly like a steady yeti!
Freddy saw a dragonfly zooming by, wings a-buzzing, it caught his eye. 'What a buzz, what a fly, let’s catch it, oh my!' But the dragonfly was sly; it zoomed to the sky.
In the reeds so green, Freddy was keen, to find a cozy spot. He met a fish named Flash, who made a big splash, and said, 'Stay in the pond, it’s the best place we’ve got!'
Days passed by, and Freddy learned to fry, catching insects with every try. His legs grew strong, as he sang his song, he was truly born to fly, not just high, but dry!
'Ribbet ribbet! Croak croak!' Freddy would joke, 'From a tiny tot, I’ve grown a lot!' With his friends all around, Freddy felt profound, 'Our pond is the best, it’s simply the finest spot!'
As the moonlit night cast a soft light, Freddy settled down with delight. 'Here in this pond, where I belong, I’m a happy frog, crooning my song!'
And so, Freddy’s journey from a tadpole to a frog, full of hops, leaps, and happy fog, shows that change is grand, and in every land, growth simply doesn’t happen by clock or cog.
