Once upon a time in a town quite serene, lived a girl named Gide with eyes full of gleam. She had a red hat and shoes bright and green, and her favorite place was her whimsical garden scene.
Her garden was filled with flowers so neat, tulips, daisies, and roses so sweet! 'Oh what a wonderful, wondrous view, this garden's allure is like morning dew!'
One sunny morning, the day was so bright, Gide decided to have a picnic so right. 'Picnic in the garden sounds like such fun, I’ll invite my friends and we’ll laugh in the sun!'
Her friends were Tilly, Milly, and Bill, they came with pies, and cookies to the hill. 'Oh what a day, what a treat and delight, Gide’s perfect picnic will sparkle with light!'
They laughed and they sang in the sweet-smelling hue, they danced with the flowers bathed in dew. 'Tilly plays fiddle, Milly plays drum, Bill sings the songs, what fun has come!'
Then suddenly out of the bushes there came, a curious bunny, Peter was his name. 'Hoppity hop, what’s this I see? A garden party just for me?'
Peter joined in with a flitter and jitter, Gide’s friends laughed, their joy was contagious and glitter. 'The more, the merrier,' Gide did say, 'In the gleeful garden, hip-hip hooray!'
As the sun started setting, the moon took its place, Gide’s garden sparkled, a magical space. Fireflies danced in the twilight so bright, everyone marveled at the beautiful sight.
The stars twinkled softly, the night wrapped them tight, they whispered stories and wished upon light. 'Oh what a day, and oh what a night, Gide’s garden magic, just pure delight!'
When time came to leave, they gathered once more, hugged and they waved as they left her door. 'Goodnight dear Gide, thanks for the cheer, we’ll remember this day, so special and dear.'
Gide lay in her bed, her heart full and glad, she dreamed of more adventures to be had. 'Tomorrow’s a mystery, a treasure to find, I’ll chase it with joy, with friends by my side.'
So if you ever hear giggles at dawn, know that Gide and friends are busy on their lawn. 'Join us some day,' she’d invite with glee, 'In the whimsical garden, where all is free!'
