Once there was a boy named John. He was cute and sharp, with a mind like a bright spark. John was kind and always obeyed his elders.
John loved making new friends. He was friendly with everyone he met! One sunny morning, John was skipping to school, a spring in his step and a song in his heart.
Suddenly, he saw a little boy, tears rolling down his cheeks like raindrops on a window. 'Why are you crying?' John asked softly.
'I don't want to go to school,' the little boy sobbed. 'School is fun!' John exclaimed with a wide smile.
'At school, we learn a lot of amazing things,' John said. 'We play games, and we make new friends!'
'We have art classes,' John continued, 'where we draw and paint rainbows and dragons!'
The little boy's eyes lit up. 'Really?' he asked. 'Really!' John nodded. 'And we read stories about brave knights and clever princesses.'
'And the teachers give you rewards for your success,' John added, 'like gold stars and shiny stickers!'
The little boy wiped his tears away. 'That sounds wonderful,' he said, a big smile spreading across his face.
'So let's go to school together!' John said. Together, they walked to school, hand in hand.
'Hooray for school!' they both shouted happily as they entered the school gates.
From that day on, the little boy loved going to school. And John had made a new best friend.
