Little girl had a cat, so fluffy and so fat. They played all day in the sun, oh what a lot of fun!

One day they sat on a mat, and counted things, just like that! They counted flowers, one by one, until they reached number ten.

They saw a bird up in a tree, flapping wings so fast and free. They counted birds, two, three, four, and then they counted even more!

Next they saw a busy bee, buzzing around with so much glee. They counted bees, five and six, and giggled with many little kicks!

They saw a butterfly so bright, fluttering in the sunlight. They counted butterflies, seven, eight, nine, and watch them soar right up to the sky!

They looked around and saw no more, all the creatures had flown or crawled. They smiled and said, "That was fun! Let's count again when day is done."
