Lucy's Alarm Oops

Once upon a time, there was a little alarm clock named Lucy. Lucy was very special because she could wake up the whole family every morning. She had a shiny red body and a big round face with two black eyes. Lucy lived on a small table next to the bed in the parents' room.

Every night, Lucy would set her alarm for the next morning. She loved being on time and making sure everyone in the family woke up at the right time. But one night, something went wrong. Lucy accidentally set her alarm for the wrong time and went to sleep.

The next morning, the sun rose, and the birds started chirping, but Lucy didn't make a sound. The parents and the kids slept in, and everyone missed their schedules. The family was late for breakfast, school, and work. They were all very upset.

When Lucy realized what had happened, she felt really bad. She didn't mean to make everyone late. Lucy decided to learn from her mistake and become even better at waking everyone up. She practiced setting her alarm correctly every night and made sure to double-check it.
