Once upon a time in the sunny Mushroom Kingdom, Mario walked to the ice cream shop.

He saw a big sign that said, 'New Flavor: Princess Peach Delight!'

Mario was so happy. 'I will try one scoop please!' he said with a smile.

But from behind, a loud roar could be heard. It was Bowser, grumpy and frowning.

Bowser wanted the last scoop of Princess Peach Delight. 'It’s mine!' he growled.

Mario frowned. 'We can share it,' he suggested, but Bowser shook his head.

The ice cream man looked worried. 'There is just one scoop left,' he said quietly.

Mario thought hard. 'Let’s play a game. Winner gets the ice cream,' he offered.

Bowser nodded. 'Okay! Let’s race around the castle!' he boomed, confident.

They lined up at the start. 'Ready, set, go!' yelled Toad, and they were off.

Mario and Bowser raced fast, but Mario was just a bit quicker.

Mario won the race! Bowser was tired but he laughed. 'Good game!' he said.

They both went back and Mario said, 'Let’s split the scoop.' Bowser grinned.
