Once upon a time, there was a little patch of mud named Mighty. He loved to wiggle and jiggle whenever the rain came down. Mighty lived in a small garden, surrounded by tall flowers and a big, old tree. But Mighty had a big dream; he wanted to explore the world beyond his cozy garden.
One sunny morning, while the birds chirped happily, Mighty decided it was time for an adventure. He waited for a gentle breeze, and with a squelch and a squish, he rolled off, down the garden path. Mighty was thrilled! Butterflies fluttered around him as he traveled towards the unknown.
As he rolled along, he met a grumpy rock. 'Where are you off to?' grumbled the rock. 'I'm going to see the world!' said Mighty with a cheerful bubble. 'You’ll just dry up!' warned the rock. But Mighty wasn’t afraid. He carried a little rainwater in him, enough to keep him cool and moist.
Mighty came across a hill and with a heave and a push, he climbed up. From the top, he saw a beautiful pond shimmering in the distance. 'That's where I'll go next!' he squished excitedly. And down the hill, he slid, faster and faster, laughing all the way down.
At the bottom of the hill, Mighty bumped into a colony of ants. 'Whoa!' he exclaimed. The ants were not pleased. 'Watch where you're going,' they said, fixing their tiny ant hill. Feeling sorry, Mighty offered to help them. Together, they rebuilt the ant hill, and the ants became his new friends.
Mighty and his ant friends reached the pond. It was clear and cool. 'Jump in!' chirped a frog. 'But I might dissolve,' worried Mighty. The ants had an idea. They built him a tiny raft from a leaf. With the frog's help, Mighty floated on the pond, enjoying the gentle waves.
Soon, the sun began to set. The sky turned orange and pink. Mighty knew it was time to return to his garden. With a heavy heart, he said goodbye to his friends. Rolling back home, he realized that the garden was a part of the world too, and he had the best adventure of all.
