In the land of sparkles and glimmers, where stars twinkled and wooed, lived a gentle giant named Nontok, who was kind, not rude.
Nontok washed the feet of the gods, a task he did with glee. But trouble brewed, with pranks abound, that made him want to flee!
The gods, with giggles and grins so wide, would pull on Nontok’s hair. With tears and sighs, he’d sadly cry, ‘Oh, this is so unfair!’
In the midst of his despair, Nontok sought a plan. He went to mighty Lord Shiva, a wise and noble man.
‘Oh Shiva, kind and brilliant, please grant me a gift divine. A magic from your endless power to make this sadness mine!’
Shiva, with grace and wisdom, bestowed a diamond finger. ‘Use it well, dear Nontok,’ he said, ‘but let no anger linger.’
With newfound power glittering bright, Nontok’s finger shone. Gods marveled, whispered, and stared, but soon they were alone.
Anger turned his heart so cold, a lesson not yet learned. With a zap, and crash, and a mighty roar, many gods he spurned.
But deep within his giant chest, a lesson glowed anew. For kindness is the truest power, much brighter than the blue.
And so apologetic, he whispered soft and true, ‘Dear gods, I am so sorry, I truly cherish you.’
From then on, in shimmer’s light, Nontok and gods did play. With laughter, friendship, and delight, they brightened every day.
