Once upon a time, there was a little cactus named Perry. He lived in a beautiful garden with lots of other plants. But Perry was different from the other plants because he had sharp spines all over his body. He couldn't give or receive hugs like the other plants, and that made him sad.
Every day, Perry watched as the other plants hugged each other with their soft leaves and petals. He wished he could join in, but his spines always got in the way. Perry felt lonely and left out.
One sunny day, dark clouds filled the sky, and rain started to fall. Perry was scared of the rain because he thought it would hurt his spines. But to his surprise, the raindrops felt like tiny kisses and hugs on his prickly body. It made him feel loved and happy.
Perry realized that even though he couldn't give or receive hugs like the other plants, he could still feel love in his own special way. The raindrops were like hugs from nature, reminding him that he was special just the way he was.
From that day on, Perry embraced his uniqueness and felt grateful for the rain that gave him the love he longed for. He knew that even though he couldn't hug like the other plants, he was still loved and cherished.
