Once on a bright summer day, a girl named Rosie went to a beach in Australia.
The beach was empty, and the waves whispered as Rosie walked along the soft sand.
Suddenly, Rosie heard a strange noise. It was a tiny 'peep' coming from the bushes.
Peering in, Rosie found a small penguin trapped in the twisted branches!
The poor penguin was very scared. It peeped loudly, and when Rosie reached in, it tried to bite her!
Rosie spoke softly, 'It's okay. I won't hurt you. I want to help you get free.'
But the penguin kept flapping and peeping, afraid to let Rosie near.
Rosie gently hummed a lullaby, and slowly, the penguin calmed down a little.
With patience and care, Rosie was able to untangle the branches around the penguin.
Once free, the penguin looked at Rosie with gratitude and hopped toward the ocean.
Rosie felt happy as she watched the penguin join its friends in the waves.
'Sometimes everyone needs a little help,' Rosie thought as she waved goodbye.
