Once upon a time, on a farm bursting with sunshine and smiles, lived a teeny-tiny ant named Sammy. Now, Sammy wasn't like any ordinary ant. Oh no, Sammy was a shouty ant!
Every morning, Sammy would wake up and shout "GOOD MORNING, SUN!" He'd shout at the fluffy clouds, the wiggly worms, and even the sleepy snails. "WAKE UP, SLEEPYHEADS!"
"Sammy!" his mama would whisper-shout, "Why must you shout so much? It's too early for all that noise!"
"But Mama," Sammy would shout back, "Shouting is fun! It makes everything more exciting!"
One sunny afternoon, as Sammy was practicing his loudest shout yet, a big, grumpy goat named Gary grumbled by.
"What's all that racket?!" Gary grumbled, his beard bristling like a brush. "Can't a goat enjoy a peaceful nap in the sun?"
"Sorry, Mr. Goat!" Sammy shouted. "I'm just practicing my shouting!"
Gary the goat let out a big sigh. "Well, maybe you could practice shouting somewhere else? Like, on the tippy-top of that hill?"
Sammy, always eager to please, scurried to the top of the hill. He took a deep breath and shouted, "HELLO, WORLD!"
His shout echoed through the fields, bouncing off the barn and tickling the leaves on the trees. And you know what? It did sound much better up there!
From that day on, Sammy still shouted, but he shouted from the tippy-top of the hill. And Gary the goat could nap in peace, dreaming of quiet meadows and silent hills.
Sammy learned that shouting could be fun, but sometimes, it's nice to be considerate of others too. And Gary the goat? Well, he learned that even the smallest creatures can have big voices!
