Buzz was an astronaut. He loved lifting weights. One day, he got a mission.
Buzz’s mission was to exercise in space. He had to stay strong to do his job.
In space, there is no gravity. This makes lifting weights very different from on Earth.
Buzz used special weights. They were heavy, even in space. He started with small weights.
Buzz counted, “One, two, three…” He lifted the small weight ten times. He did it slowly.
Soon, Buzz felt stronger. He tried a bigger weight. It was heavy but he was ready.
Buzz lifted the big weight. “Five, six, seven…” he counted. His muscles worked hard.
Buzz took a break. He drank water and ate a snack. He must keep his energy up.
After his break, Buzz felt ready again. He lifted the big weight ten more times.
“Good job!” said Control. They watched Buzz from Earth. They were happy he was strong.
Buzz was happy too. He knew he was getting stronger and could do his job well.
Buzz finished his weightlifting. He looked at Earth from space. He would keep training!
