Once upon a time, a young girl named Emma decided to buy a gift for her father. It was a cozy, brown teddy bear she found online.
After clicking 'Buy Now', she wondered how the teddy bear would get to her home. Grandma saw her puzzled look and came over.
Grandma smiled and explained, 'First, the bear will be packed in a box at the warehouse, ready for a long trip.'
Emma listened as Grandma continued, 'A delivery person will then pick up your package and bring it to the shipping center.'
'From there, the teddy bear will travel in a big truck with other packages, visiting many places until it comes to our town.'
'Once it arrives here, it will be sorted and then a local delivery truck will bring it to our doorstep,' said Grandma.
Emma envisioned the bear's journey, feeling a mix of excitement and impatience. 'How long will that take?' she asked.
Grandma checked the confirmation email, 'It says here the teddy bear should be here in three to five days, honey.'
Every day, Emma waited and wondered. She thought about her teddy bear traveling through cities and along highways.
On the fourth day, Emma heard a truck outside. She ran to the door with Grandma, excitement bubbling up inside her.
The delivery person handed Emma a box. Her heart raced as she opened it to find the brown teddy bear inside.
She hugged her new teddy bear, ready to give it to her father. 'Thank you, Grandma, for helping me understand his journey,' Emma beamed.
