Once upon a time, in a colorful land, there lived a big, green monster named Grumpy. Grumpy was always angry and would stomp around, scaring everyone away. One day, Grumpy met three happy friends named Sunny, Joy, and Smiley. They wanted to help Grumpy control his anger and be happy too.
Sunny, the bright yellow sun, said, 'Grumpy, when you feel angry, take a deep breath and count to ten. It will help you calm down.' Grumpy tried it and felt a little better.
Joy, the cheerful rainbow, said, 'Grumpy, think of something that makes you happy, like playing with your favorite toy or eating ice cream. It will make your anger go away.' Grumpy thought of playing with his toy and felt a little happier.
Smiley, the giggling cloud, said, 'Grumpy, talk about your feelings instead of keeping them inside. It's okay to be angry, but it's important to express it in a kind way.' Grumpy talked about his anger and felt a weight lifted off his shoulders.
Grumpy practiced what his friends taught him. Whenever he felt angry, he took deep breaths, thought of happy things, and talked about his feelings. Slowly, Grumpy became less angry and more happy. He even made new friends who loved his kind and friendly nature.
