Once upon a time, in the land of Hastinapura, there lived a young boy named Karn. He was known for his courage and skills in archery. Despite being born to a humble family, Karn was determined to become a great warrior. He dedicated himself to intense training and became an expert in wielding a bow and arrow.

Karn's journey took an unexpected turn when he discovered his true identity. He was actually the eldest son of Queen Kunti, the mother of the Pandavas. However, due to certain circumstances, Karn was raised by a charioteer and his wife. Despite the revelation, Karn remained true to his humble roots and continued his path to become a great warrior.

Karn's skills in archery caught the attention of Dronacharya, a renowned guru who taught the art of warfare. But Dronacharya declined to train Karn because he was not a prince. One day, Lord Krishna, a wise and philosophical deity, met Karn and revealed his true potential. Krishna told him about his divine heritage and asked him to join the Pandavas, his half-brothers, who were fighting for justice. In the final moments of the war, Karn displayed immense generosity and bravery. He used his divine weapon, the Shakti, to kill the powerful warrior Arjuna's protector, but as a result, he himself was left vulnerable. Arjuna, realizing Karn's true greatness, asked him a respectful request to fulfill Karn's earlier wish– to compete with him in a fair duel.
