Once upon a time in a village quite small, There lived an orange cat, oh so quick and small. But one day, a big dog came with a frown, Chasing the cat through the whole town. Oh, that orange cat ran, oh so fast, With the brown dog right there, chasing him at last. Through every street and behind each door, The villagers wondered what the noise was for.
The cat sprinted on, full of fear, Hoping the dog would soon disappear. Into the community, he finally raced, A safe haven for the cat to embrace. The villagers saw the scared cat's plight, And quickly stood up ready to fight. They wouldn't let the dog bring him harm, For they knew in their hearts, it wouldn't be calm.
With brooms and sticks in their kind hands, They formed a brave and protective band. The dog approached with a growl so loud, But the villagers stood tall and proud. "We won't let you hurt this poor little cat, With love and kindness, that's where we're at." The dog, taken aback by their display, Thought twice about causing any dismay.
He turned around with a wagging tail, Knowing that kindness would prevail. The villagers cheered, with joy in their eyes, As the cat peeked out from his hiding guise. Now safe in the village, he had found his place, With loving hearts, he'd never be chased. That orange stray cat, now part of the crew, Lived happily ever after, just like all good tales do.
So remember, my dear ones, wherever you roam, Kindness and love will always lead you home. And when you see someone needing a hand, Be like those villagers, take a brave stand.
