Once upon a time, in a land full of trees, there was a young girl named Lily who wanted to visit her grandmother on a sunny day. Hop, skip, and jump she went!
Lily loved the woods. The trees whispered secrets, the birds sang tunes, and butterflies danced like ballerinas. She felt like a part of the forest magic!
As Lily walked, she sang a little song, 'La, la, la! To grandma's house, I go, I go!' Her heart was light, and her steps were bright.
But suddenly, she heard a rustle. 'Who could it be?' Lily wondered. With a big huff and puff, out jumped a wolf, straight from a bush!
'Well, hello there!' said the wolf with a sly grin. 'Where are you headed, dear Lily?' He hid his sharp teeth with a charming smile.
Lily, feeling brave, replied with a sparkling eye, 'I'm off to see my granny! She bakes the sweetest pies.' The wolf's eyes gleamed with a wicked plan.
The wolf thought, 'What a delight! I'll eat granny and Lily, what a feast in sight!' He quickly said, 'Let's race, you follow this track, I’ll take the other path!'
Quick as a flash, the wolf dashed. Lily skipped along, singing her happy song. The forest was calm and bright, but the wolf had mischief in sight.
When the wolf reached granny's, his stomach growled with glee. 'Hello, old granny!' But he found, Granny had gone for tea!
Lily soon arrived, her smile as big as the sky. She saw the wolf and laughed, 'You silly! Granny’s not here, so cry.'
The wolf, realizing his plan was a flop, hurried away. And Lily, clever as could be, enjoyed her day. Off she went to the tea-house, happy as a bee.
She found her granny and they hugged with delight. 'Let's have tea and cakes!' said granny, and they giggled till night. The forest echoed with their laughter bright.
