Once upon a wintery day, a farmer found a snake, stiff and still.

The snake was shivering and feeling very blue, so the farmer knew just what to do.

He scooped up the snake and held it close, whispering, 'I'll help you warm up, I suppose.'

He built a toasty fire with crackling flames, and the snake began to wiggle and play fun games.

The snake slithered and danced with glee, as grateful as grateful could be!

From that day on, the snake and the farmer were pals, sharing adventures and laughs and yummy snacks.
