Once upon a time in the green forest, Hare and Tortoise decided to have a race. Hare, with his long floppy ears, giggles and says, 'I am the fastest animal in the whole wide world!' But Tortoise, with his calm and steady pace, smiles and replies, 'Let's see who wins this race!'
As the race starts, Hare zooms ahead, his feet barely touching the ground. He looks back and sees Tortoise slowly plodding along. Hare laughs and says, 'I'm so fast, I can hop over clouds! You're too slow, old Tortoise!'
But Hare, with his arrogance, decides to take a nap under a shady tree since he thinks he will win anyway. Meanwhile, Tortoise keeps moving forward without stopping. Hare wakes up from his nap, rubs his eyes, and exclaims, 'Oh no! I slept for too long!'
Hare dashes as fast as lightning, but no matter how quickly he runs, Tortoise is already near the finish line. Tortoise crosses the line steadily and says, 'Slow and steady wins the race!' Hare, out of breath and amazed, says, 'You were right, Tortoise. Speed isn't everything!'
From that day on, Hare learns to be humble, and Tortoise feels proud of his hard work. They become great friends and teach everyone that it's not about being the fastest, but about doing your best and never giving up!
