Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived a boy named Alex and his younger sister Lily. One sunny afternoon, Lily baked a delicious chocolate cupcake. The cupcake was beautifully decorated with colorful sprinkles on top.

As soon as Lily left the kitchen to get some milk, an idea popped into Alex's mischievous mind. He couldn't resist the temptation and quickly grabbed the cupcake from the counter. He took a big bite and savored the sweet taste.

But soon after, a feeling of guilt washed over Alex. He realized he had done something wrong by taking Lily's cupcake without permission. His stomach churned with regret.

Alex mustered up the courage and found Lily playing in their room. He walked up to her, tears welling up in his eyes, and said, 'Lily, I ate your cupcake without asking. I am truly sorry. It was wrong of me.'

Lily, with a surprised but forgiving smile, replied, 'Thank you for being honest, Alex. I forgive you.' The two siblings shared a warm hug, and from that day onwards, they promised to always be honest with each other.
