Once upon a time, in a dreamland far away, there was a mischievous blanket named Billy. Billy loved to play tricks on people while they slept. He would sing lullabies to make them fall asleep and then give them funny dreams.
One night, Billy decided to visit a little girl named Lily. As Lily slept peacefully, Billy gently wrapped himself around her and whispered silly stories in her ear. Lily started giggling and dreaming about dancing teddy bears and flying cupcakes.
The next night, Billy went to a different house. He found a boy named Max and covered him. Max started dreaming about being a superhero and saving the world from evil tomatoes. Billy laughed as Max kicked and punched in his sleep.
Every night, Billy would visit a new person and bring them funny dreams. He played tricks on adults too, making them dream about floating in a sea of marshmallows or jumping on trampolines made of clouds.
But one night, as Billy was about to visit another house, he heard a sad voice. It was a little boy named Tommy who couldn't fall asleep. Billy decided to help Tommy by singing him a special lullaby. Tommy closed his eyes and soon drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
From that night on, Billy became not just a mischievous blanket, but also a helpful one. He would visit Tommy every night and sing him lullabies. Tommy's dreams became happy and filled with adventures. Billy and Tommy went on amazing imaginary journeys together.
Billy realized that making people happy was much more fun than playing tricks on them. So, he started visiting more children in need, bringing them joy and laughter through their dreams. Billy became the most loved blanket in the dreamland.
And even though he still enjoyed a little mischief, Billy's main purpose was to make people smile. He knew that a good night's sleep and happy dreams made everyone feel better. So, every night, Billy would blanket the dreamland with love and happiness.
