It was a typical Thursday evening, the kind where the sky is painted with pink and orange streaks as the sun says goodbye. Alex, with a shopping list in hand, decided to visit the HappyMart grocery store to pick up some milk, eggs, and of course, their favorite chocolate chip cookies. As Alex entered the store, they felt excited thinking about the yummy cookies waiting for them.

Alex wandered through the aisles, humming their favorite tune. They picked up a carton of milk and some eggs. While looking for the cookie aisle, Alex noticed something a little strange. An aisle attendant, wearing a bright green HappyMart vest, seemed to pop up in every aisle Alex visited. At first, Alex thought it was funny and played peek-a-boo with the boxes of cereal.

With a giggle, Alex moved to the next aisle, but so did the attendant! Alex thought it was a game and decided to be sneaky. Ducking behind a tower of canned beans, they peeped out to find the attendant pretending to arrange soup cans, but really, Alex could see the attendant's eyes were following them.

Curious, Alex made funny faces at the attendant when they weren't looking. Each time the attendant turned around, Alex would stand straight with a serious face. This made the game even more fun! But why was the attendant following them? To find out, Alex picked up a box of animal crackers and tiptoed to the next aisle.

Alex decided it was time for a super-secret mission: Operation Cookie. The plan was to sneak to the cookie aisle without the attendant noticing. They crawled, twirled, and even hopped like a bunny between the aisles. After a thrilling adventure through the grocery store, Alex finally reached the treasure – the cookie aisle!

Just as Alex reached out for the chocolate chip cookies, the attendant appeared once again. This time, the attendant smiled warmly and said, 'Hello, Alex! I noticed you seemed like you were having a lot of fun. I'm Jesse, and I was making sure you were safe in the store.' It turns out Jesse was just being a good helper.

Feeling relieved and happy to have a new friend, Alex and Jesse laughed about the game. Jesse even showed Alex a secret: if you press a funny face button at the bottom of the cookie shelf, it plays a silly jingle! Alex giggled, picked up the cookies, and with a little wave goodbye, they happily skipped to the checkout, thinking about the next visit to HappyMart.
