Once upon a time in a high school called Starry Skies, there was a girl named Ellie who loved acting. She had big brown eyes and curly hair that bounced when she walked. Ellie was trying out for the lead role in the school play, 'The Adventure of the Lost Kitten.'

Ellie practiced day and night, learning all the lines for the lead role. But so did another girl, Mia, who had long blonde hair and was the best actor in school. When the day of the audition came, Ellie was very nervous, and her hands felt like ice cubes.
