The Three Little Pigs and the Whimsical Wolf

Once upon a time, in a lush green meadow, lived three little pigs named Pip, Pop, and Peep.

Pip was perky, Pop was plump, and Peep was a bit shy. They decided to build houses to stay safe and dry.

Pip built a house of straw, quick and light, because he wanted to play all day and night.

Pop built his house of sticks, neat and trim, because he thought it was a nice little whim.

But Peep chose bricks, solid and strong, knowing it would stand up to wind all day long.

Soon came a wolf, not mean but quite droll, who loved a good joke and to play rock and roll.

He knocked on Pip's door, the straw house squeaked, 'Little Pig, Little Pig, can I come in to eat a treat?'

Pip squealed, 'No, no, no! Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!' The wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house in!

Pip ran to Pop’s house, all sticks and glue. The wolf grinned, 'I'll blow this down too!'

The wolf huffed and puffed, sticks flew like kites. The house fell apart in the bright starlight.

Pip and Pop then ran to Peep’s strong house. 'We’re safe now,' they said, quiet as a mouse.

'Little Pigs, Little Pigs, let me in!' said the wolf. 'Guys, I just want to be your friend, not your grin!'

Peep smiled and opened the door wide, 'Come join us, we’ll play inside!'

They sang songs, laughed, and played till the moon's light. The pigs and the wolf became friends that night.
