Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Timmy. Timmy loved playing outside, especially when it rained. He would put on his yellow raincoat, grab his red umbrella, and jump in all the puddles he could find. But there was one thing that always happened to poor Timmy - his pants would get wet!
One rainy day, Timmy's mom told him, 'Timmy, you need to be careful not to get your pants wet. You might catch a cold.' Timmy nodded and promised to be more careful.
The next day, it rained again, and Timmy couldn't resist the temptation to jump in the puddles. He forgot all about his promise and splashed around happily. But when he got home, his pants were soaking wet!
Timmy's mom sighed and said, 'Oh no, Timmy! Your pants are wet again. Now we need to change you into dry clothes.' Timmy felt a little sad because he didn't want to disappoint his mom.
From that day on, Timmy remembered to wear his rain boots and waterproof pants whenever he wanted to play in the rain. He learned that being prepared could help him have fun without getting wet pants. And Timmy and his mom lived happily ever after, even on rainy days.
