In a garden green and vast, there lived a worm named Wiggles. He wiggled east, he wiggled west, much faster than the jiggles!
One day, Wiggles found a hat, as tall as a tiny tree. He placed it on his little head, ‘Oh, how dapper I must be!’
Wiggles met Miss Butterfly, her wings a pretty blue. She fluttered high and fluttered low, ‘Good day, sir, how are you?’
‘Good day, Miss Butterfly,’ said he. ‘I’m off to place my hat. To find a spot where it belongs, we'll have to have a chat.’
Wiggles wiggles, wiggles on, with Butterfly close by. They find a spot beneath a rose, ‘This seems quite nice,’ they sigh.
Along the way, they met Miss Bee, buzzing to and fro. ‘What a lovely hat!’ she hummed. ‘Where did you get it, though?’
‘Found it in the garden here, just lying on the ground.’ ‘Mind if I join you on your trip and follow you around?’
And so the trio wiggled on, in search of the perfect spot. They laughed and sang a happy tune, as warm as a teapot.
They passed by ants who marched in line, 'Hello!' they did all shout. ‘Join us on our hat-seeking quest, oh come without a doubt!’
The garden bloomed with joy and cheer, as friends joined one by one. They found the best spot for the hat, their quest was finally done.
They placed the hat upon a stump, a perfect little tower. And cheered, ‘Hooray for Wiggles’ hat, a symbol of friendship’s power!’
So whenever you see a worm, with wiggles in its walk, remember how Wiggles found his hat, with friends who loved to talk.
