In a forest so deep, under tall trees’ boughs, lived Witchy Glenda, with her sneaky prowls. She wore a tall hat, all wrinkled and black, her broomstick would whish and then quickly zip back!
Her potion bottles clinked, her cauldron bubbled bright, Witchy Glenda liked to cook deep into the night. She cackled and giggled, with her cat named Zoom, in her creaky old house, filled with magical gloom.
But oh! What a plight, what a truly funny tale, Witchy Glenda loved children—but not to eat like stale! She liked to trick and treat them to cookies so sweet, with a snap, crackle, and POP, they danced on their feet!
One day, little Tim and his sister Fay, wandered too far and came Glenda’s way. She wore a big grin, with a twinkle in her eye, 'Hello there, children!' She echoed with a sigh.
'Come inside my house, where it's cozy and bright, We’ll bake delightful treats, with magical might!' Tim and Fay wondered if they should run or stay, with a puzzled look, they shouted, 'Hooray!'
Glenda whisked them away to her kitchen of fun, mixing butter and sugar, under the bright sun. She said, 'Close your eyes, children, and count to seven, I'll make cookies so yummy, they taste like heaven!'
'Rumble-tumble, fizz and sizzle, soon it’ll be done!' Her cauldron twirled and whirled, what a sight to stun! Out popped cookies, all warm and bright, Tim and Fay clapped with huge delight.
Glenda said, 'Take a bite, and close your eyes, you’ll feel like you’re floating, high in the skies!' So they munched and crunched, in pure glee, twirling around like leaves, happy and free.
With each bite they took, their laughter would grow, their hearts were as warm as a cozy fire’s glow. 'You’re the kindest witch ever!' Tim said with a cheer, Glenda chuckled warmly, 'You’ve nothing to fear.'
As night fell gently, Glenda waved them goodbye, 'Come back again soon, beneath this moonlit sky!' Tim and Fay skipped home, under stars, so bright, dreaming of cookies, and Glenda’s delight.
So if you wander deep into forest's bend, remember Witchy Glenda, the children’s best friend. Her cauldron bubbles with love and sweet potion, creating cookies that bring purest devotion.
With a snap and a clap, a real witchy treat, she’ll welcome you warmly, with cookies to eat. So splendidly magical, whimsical and grand, the kindest witch ever, in all of the land.
