Once upon a sunny day, Zoey and her trusty teddy, Tim, skipped through the zoo gates.
They met a chatty chimp swinging from a tree. ‘Welcome to the wacky world of the zoo!’ he cheered.
Zoom! Zoey saw a zebra zipping by, its stripes like zigzags!
Suddenly, Zoey and Tim found themselves in the middle of Lion’s Lane with no signposts in sight.
'Don't worry,' said Tim, 'We’ll find our way, just like the sun finds the day!'
They asked a wise old owl perched high on a branch, ‘Can you help us get back?’
‘Hoo-hoo! Use the clues. The giraffe’s neck points the way!’ the owl hooted.
They followed the giraffe’s neck clear to Elephant’s End. But the path was still twisty!
Boom! Tim had an idea, ‘We’ll ask the penguins; they’re expert waddlers and know every path!’
The penguins pointed their flippers toward Tiger’s Tangle. Off they went with a shiver and a giggle.
Through twisty, gnarly vines, they walked past roaring tigers and found themselves back at the entrance.
Cheers and hoorays! Zoey and Tim were back. ‘We did it, Tim! What an un-zoo-sual adventure!’
