Chirps and Twigs: Chip and Thatch's Cozy Construction

Chip the chick and Thatch the thatcher thrush chirped chats. Chip chomped on chips. Thatch thought through thickets for twigs. “Chirp cheer!” Chip cheered. “Thatch, find fine twigs?”

Thatch thrust through, fetched fresh twigs. They shaped a snug shack.

“Check this, Chip!” Thatch showed shiny twigs.

Chip checked. “Chirp! Choose this!”

Shack shaped, they shared stories. Stars shone sharp.

Shh... Chill shadows shift. Both birds, bushy-tailed, bashful, hushed. “Night, Chip.”

“Night, Thatch.”

Their shack shined under a shiny moon. Chirps ceased. Wings whispered, “Sweet dreams.”
