Billy the brave boy loved to play, in his yard every day. One sunny day, to his surprise, a talking trash can did arise.

"Hello, Billy!" the trash can sang, with a clang, clang, clang. "I’m Tidy the trash can, happy to meet you, man!"

"Wow!" exclaimed Billy with eyes open wide. "A talking trash can, oh what a ride!"

"Do you like stories? Do you like fun?" Tidy asked, under the sun. "Let’s clean up and let’s play! We’ll make trash go away!"

So, Billy and Tidy picked up the litter, with a flutter and a flitter. "Zip, zap, zoom! Clean up the room!"

They found an old hat, a bat, and a pin. Tidy spun them around, with a cheeky grin.

"Hats make us happy! Bats make us bright!" Tidy exclaimed with all its might.

The yard was now clear, clean as could be. Billy cheered, “Just look and see!”

Tidy then glowed, soft as a dove. "Billy my friend, you did it with love."

Billy hugged Tidy, they danced around. Happiness and friendship all around.

From that day on, Billy did know, keeping clean helps everything grow.
