Tilly Twinkle had a twinkling nose, a twinkling dress, and even twinkling toes. She loved adventures, all things bright, and even held concerts by moonlight.
One day Tilly's Mom, mean old Millie, said, 'No more fun, no more silly!' But Tilly, with her twinkling eyes, had a plan to escape to the skies.
Tilly found a teapot, bright and gold. It whispered secrets, and stories untold. 'Pour me some tea, just you wait and see! I'll take you away, just you and me!'
With a dash and a splash, the tea was made. The teapot giggled, then Tilly swayed. Swish-swish, swoosh-swoosh! Off they flew, into the blue sky, no one knew.
They landed in a meadow, filled with blooms. Butterflies danced, and mushrooms made rooms. 'Buttercup, buttercup, dance with me!' sang Tilly with glee, so lovely to see.
Mushrooms with hats and flowers that chat, a land so magical, a land so sprat! Tilly was a queen, in a world of dreams, far from her Mom's mean machines.
A squirrel named Squeaky, with a voice so squeaky, handed Tilly a nut, shiny and peaky. 'Crack this open, and you will find, magic and wishes to change your mind.'
Tilly cracked the nut, and lo and behold! Out came sparks, like sparks of gold. 'Wishes three, for you to see, choose them wisely, one, two, three!'
Wish one, she said, 'I wish to stay, in this world of fun, come what may.' Wish two, she declared, 'I wish for a friend, so loneliness will end.'
With a pop and a sparkle, a bunny appeared. Fluffy and kind, just as she'd dreamed. But wish three, she pondered long and hard, for this wish had to be her trump card.
'I wish for Mom, to be kind and dear, so I can love her, without any fear.' The meadow glowed, the world spun round, and Tilly landed safe and sound.
Millie now, with a softer face, hugged Tilly tight and said, 'This place is our home, let's make it bright, with fun and giggles, morning and night.'
