In a jungle snug and bright, lived a lion with golden light. Next door in a tiny home, lived a rat who loved to roam.
"Roar!" said Lion, big and grand. "Tiny friends, please lend a hand!" The lion’s tail was in a knot, and oh, it hurt a lot!
Rat, so quick and full of cheer, scurried close and said, "I’m here!" She tugged and pulled with all her might, but the knot held on so tight.
Lion sighed and said, "Oh dear! Who will free me from this fear?" Rat replied with a twinkle bright, "Trust in me, it'll be all right."
Rat then found a sturdy stick, poked and prodded, quick quick quick! The knot untied, the tail was free! Lion roared, "Sweet rat, yippee!"
"Thank you, rat, you saved my day. Let’s be friends in every way." Rat and lion danced and spun, under the warm and shining sun.
They frolicked in the forest green, with trees so tall and skies serene. Together they would laugh and play, cheerful friends all night and day.
One day, lion felt a trap, someone planned a sneaky snap. A net was cast, it fell down fast, but rat was quick and free at last.
"Hold still, dear lion, don’t you fret. I can save you from this net." With nimble paws and clever hop, rat chewed through each knotted stop!
Out of the net, the lion leapt, and rat so proud, a secret kept. They wandered home, with bond so strong, singing a sweet, harmonious song.
So if you’re ever in a bind, remember how to be kind. Tiny friends can help a lot, with a loving heart, they’ve got!
Now each night and every day, lion and rat always play. Through thick and thin, they stay so true, a friend’s bond always renew.
